Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you'll embark on a dynamic
journey, equipped with a fully stocked van, to provide exceptional
service and maintenance to buildings' exteriors. From repairing
damages to advising clients on solutions, you'll tackle a variety
of tasks each day, ensuring that every building looks better than
when you arrived. With each facade presenting unique challenges in
design, material, and technology, no two days will be the
same.

Your Responsibilities
Include:

• Repairing damages to windows,
  doors, frames, and facade systems, including glass or rubber
  replacement, leak repairs, lock replacements, and overseeing crane
  operations for glass or panel
  installations.
• Independently liaising with
  clients, offering advice on potential solutions, and maintaining
  the quality and efficiency of your
