Service Technician

Description:

As a Service Technician, you will report to the Director of Operations. You will support installation, commissioning, optimization, and service of high-purity process water treatment systems.

This position combines advanced troubleshooting, technical leadership, and hands-on fieldwork. You will work closely with the service, project, design, and fabrication teams to ensure systems are installed correctly, perform as intended, and meet CWT’s quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install and commission new process water treatment systems under the direction of the Service or Project Manager, including testing, documentation, startup, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and service process water treatment systems, including carbon and media filtration, cartridge filtration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, heat and UV sanitization, and chlorination systems.
