Job Description

This position will be responsible for supporting the field service team. Main Task is to support their office work and be bridge between customer and engineer.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

+ Create standard certificates and issue.

+ Telephone operation from customer and dealer

+ Customer management for field service

+ Quotation

+ Communication with internal and external customer

+ dispatch and schedule management in the future


Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum requirements

+ 2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support job

+ PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)

+ Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills

+ Strong team player

+ Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company

+ Able to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required
