Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and controlling the KPI of every branch of the service center under supervision.
  • Supporting managing and executing ESC service store regulation management.
  • Reviewing and supporting the AIOT service supplier management.
  • Assisting the service operation of KPI review and Pending claims processing.
  • Creating output weekly service operation results and the summary of improvement.
  • Assisting in finishing the workload by the country service manager.

  • Education: College degree or above.
  • Working experience: at least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Under 35 years old.
  • Language: English and Chinese are a plus.
