Responsibilities:

  • Organise, plan, and deliver maintenance solutions for a fleet of surface blast hole drills.

  • Promote a safe and compliant work environment.

  • Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and breakdown support for our customers.

  • Manage work in progress and supervise technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide outstanding customer support.

  • Mentor and guide apprentices effectively.

    • What We're Looking For:

  • Proven supervisory experience in an OEM environment.

  • Strong background in surface drill maintenance is highly regarded.

  • Relevant Trade Certificate.

  • Unwavering commitment to safety.

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
