Lead a dedicated team at Michif Child & Family Services in Brandon, MB, as a Service Supervisor. This full-time role focuses on child welfare leadership, program management, and culturally appropriate service delivery.
The Service Supervisor will oversee case management and provide supervision to support teams in delivering vital child protection services. Responsibilities include team leadership, crisis intervention, and compliance with child welfare regulations. You will also conduct performance evaluations, manage staff workloads, and advocate for resources in support of families and children in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and consult with teams on case management
• Lead crisis intervention and support staff advice
• Manage service delivery and adhere to budget guidelines
• Collaborate with community service organizations
• Complete necessary reporting requirements regarding child welfare
Requirements:
• BSW/MSW with five years of experience
