Service Site Manager

The TPC2 Offshore Wind Farm is located off the coast of Taiwan and operates from the Port of Taichung. You will be working in the Service department for Vestas who are the OEM and responsible for the maintenance and repair of x V 9.5MW offshore wind turbines on behalf of our client. We are recruiting for a site-based Service Manager to ensure the safe and efficient operations at site

As Service Manager, you will be working at site and reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager Taiwan. You will be P&L responsible for your site and be fully responsible for the service delivery including people management and complex marine logistics. In addition, your responsibilities will include leading the site team to ensure that they deliver optimized operation of Customer assets encompassing Quality, HSE, production performance, asset security, operations and maintenance activities and employee development.
