Responsibilities / Tasks

  • ​Proactively visit customers to identify opportunities to maintain the installed base up to date by offering solutions from the GEA Portfolio.

  • Prepare and follow-up on commercial proposals for spare parts, service level and maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades and retrofits.

  • Execute the GEA Service strategy and GEA Service sales plan in close collaboration with the team. 

  • Provide support to Customers on technical clarification of the requirement, acting as a key interface between Sales, Service and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage warranty cases in coordination with internal departments and factories.

  • Support maintenance planning activities and spare parts identification for service agreements.

  • Handle order confirmations, ensure accurate processing and follow-up on deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
