Responsibilities / Tasks

Maintain strong customers relationship through a regular schedule of visit.

Promote strategic service offerings such as first service offers, recommended spare part packages, repair, service level agreements, post-commissioning training, plant health checks, and service upgrade project.

Manage and analyze spare parts inventory to ensure that the required spare parts are available for customer.

Work collaboratively across teams – including Supply Chain, Engineering, Technical Support, etc to provide the customer with a high-quality service.

Achieve and exceed service sales KPI targets, including but not limited to order intake, sales, gross margin, account receivable and other personal KPIs.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.

Must have the ability to learn current ERP system used for order entry/processing.
