REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ external sales and/or customer service experience within a similar industry

  • Knowledge of the upholstery and foam industry would be advantageous

  • Matric

  • Valid driver’s license essential

  • Clear credit record required

  • Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, and customer relationship management

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while being a strong team player

  • Strong time management and organisational skills

  • Excellent relationship-building skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
