Purpose of the role

This role is responsible for supporting all administrative functions related to the delivery of Service Project Operations.


You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the team and customer’s needs in order to support all service delivery functions with administrative requirements. 

Competencies, areas of responsibility and tasks (non-exhaustive) 


  • Arranging and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders




  • Supporting all team members with administrative tasks such as; 

    General administration related to business process for example updating of records. 

    Capturing important incoming information and relaying it to the relevant team member, for example changes to a meeting, customer calls etc. compiling of data received from service delivery teams.


  • Take part in team meetings, training, and necessary toolbox talks.
