  • Manage intake, scope development, quoting, and communication throughout the build lifecycle. Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent updates and post-job follow-up.

  • Develop accurate estimates and quotes based on warranty status, service letters, and customer requirements.

  • Create detailed work breakdown structures, define tasks and resource needs, and manage timelines and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with service supervisors and technicians to ensure scope alignment, participate in pre/mid/post job meetings, and track progress.

  • Assess technical justification for warranty and goodwill claims, and align with account teams on commercial considerations.

  • Identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities, and apply project management best practices to drive efficiency and quality.
