Service Planner

Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for customer service and technical excellence? As a Service Planner, you’ll be a key member of Finning’s Service Operations team, responsible for managing complex repair and rebuild projects from intake to completion. You’ll develop repair scopes, create accurate quotes, and collaborate with service teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This shift is a 7 x 7 shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, scope development, quoting, and communication throughout the repair lifecycle.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent updates and post-repair follow-up.
• Develop accurate estimates and quotes based on machine history, warranty status, service letters, and customer requirements.
• Create detailed work breakdown structures, define tasks and resource needs, and manage timelines and deliverables.
