As Head of Service Operations for North America, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of service operational processes across the region. You ensure that service order handling, invoicing, spare parts management, and refurbishment activities are executed efficiently, transparently, and fully aligned with global processes. All activities are carried out in close alignment with the global service operations framework, working closely with the Global Head of Process and the Global Head of Spare Parts.

This is a remote role, based in the US

Target annual salary range: 145,000-160,000 + annual performance bonus
