Our growing subsidiary BAUER Equipment Maghreb represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the Maghreb countries and is looking for a Service Operations Manager (m/f/x) for its location in Casablanca, Morocco.

Your tasks:

  • Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure timely and efficient support
  • Oversee the full after-sales cycle: service requests, troubleshooting, interventions and follow-up
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, implement continuous improvement actions and manage customer complaints, ensuring quick resolution 
  • Manage spare parts operations: forecasting, ordering, stock control and distribution
  • Coordinate intervention schedules, preventive maintenance, and technical audits
  • Establish KPIs for service operations and spare parts activities and prepare periodic reports for management
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise
