We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our after‑sales service operations and drive operational excellence within the Parts & Services Division.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop the service team,Ensure high‑quality service delivery & customer reporting aligned with customer expectations & company targets,Collaborate with sales teams to support service product growth (Service Agreements, Workshop business, Customer Engineered Solutions) & ensure customer satisfaction,Oversee warranty processes and ensure smooth internal/external communication,Prepare service quotations,Control key service KPIs,Ensure compliance with HSE&Q standards and promote continuous improvement.
