Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our after‑sales service operations and drive operational excellence within the Parts & Services Division.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop the service team,

  • Ensure high‑quality service delivery & customer reporting aligned with customer expectations & company targets,

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support service product growth (Service Agreements, Workshop business, Customer Engineered Solutions) & ensure customer satisfaction,

  • Oversee warranty processes and ensure smooth internal/external communication,

  • Prepare service quotations,

  • Control key service KPIs,

  • Ensure compliance with HSE&Q standards and promote continuous improvement.
