Trane Finland Oy - Adecco Finland is seeking a Service Coordinator to lead and support a team of Service Technicians across Finland. You will plan daily activities, coordinate workloads, and ensure clear communication between customers and technicians while supporting operational goals.

Based in Helsinki on-site, you will manage work orders, scheduling, procurement, and documentation in Oracle, while driving process improvements and ensuring safety and high service quality.
