Key Responsibilities
- Service Report Encoding
- Collect service reports from Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
- Validate the completeness and accuracy of required service details.
- Encode service reports into the assigned principal CRM systems.
- Upload attachments (service report forms, photos, logs, supporting documents).
- Maintain organized and accurate digital records.
- Monitor pending and overdue service reports.
- Coordinate with FSEs regarding missing or incorrect information.
CRM & Opportunity Monitoring
- Monitor all project opportunities in the CRM system.
- Track input dates and target close dates.
- Ensure no opportunities expire by proactively managing timelines and follow-ups.
- Review and validate that all required fields are properly filled out.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams to obtain missing data.
