Key Responsibilities

  • Service Report Encoding
  • Collect service reports from Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
  • Validate the completeness and accuracy of required service details.
  • Encode service reports into the assigned principal CRM systems.
  • Upload attachments (service report forms, photos, logs, supporting documents).
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital records.
  • Monitor pending and overdue service reports.
  • Coordinate with FSEs regarding missing or incorrect information.

CRM & Opportunity Monitoring

  • Monitor all project opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Track input dates and target close dates.
  • Ensure no opportunities expire by proactively managing timelines and follow-ups.
  • Review and validate that all required fields are properly filled out.
  • Coordinate with the concerned teams to obtain missing data.
