Service Operations Analyst

The purpose of this role to is to execute the day-to-day operational activities required to maintain the delivery of technology services to the business. The role will operate within an effective framework to ensure that standardised methods and procedures are adopted in order to maximise service quality and improve day to day operations.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Champions and adheres to all operations processes
Provides guidance and expertise to users of the processes
Maintains knowledge of the business’ technical operations, teams, applications and businesses
Adopts a continuous service improvement approach to ensure processes remain relevant and effective
Produces and analyses reports based on performance metrics
