DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Operation Executive (Front Desk) to join our team at our service centre. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience at our front desk.

As a Service Operation Executive , you will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, coordinating warranty cases, managing parcels, and processing return and refund cases. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of customer service in the fast-paced consumer electronics and home appliances sector.

• Managing front desk operations and delivering a smooth, professional customer experience from the moment customers walk in.
• Coordinating warranty cases, return and refund processes, and parcel management to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Working closely with warehouse, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
