Roles and Responsibilities
- 4+ years of total IT experience with 2+ years dedicated to ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
- HR Knowledge Management
- HR Catalog & HR Services
- Lifecycle Events (LE)
- HR Document Management
- COE configuration
- Hands-on with flows, business rules, notifications, scripts, ACLs.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integration, and MID-server.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data models, and global HR operations.
- Good exposure to platform administration, update sets, data migration, and ATF.
- Familiar with Agile methodology and DevOps (Git, CICD pipelines optional).
