Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops) Vulnerability Response Implementation Specialist with a strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying Service Now Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
The ideal candidate excels at end-to-end implementations and has a demonstrated expertise in building, managing, and optimizing custom integrations between Service Now and third-party security/vulnerability platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
Service Now Sec Ops Expertise : 3+ years implementing and administering Service Now Security Operations modules, with a focus on Vulnerability Response.
Custom Integrations : 2+ years designing/customizing integrations (with tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, Crowd Strike, Splunk, Big Fix, or SCCM), using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide), flow designer, orchestration, and data import/export ...
