Preferred Experience:
Experience in implementing enterprise software (ideally ITIL or ITSM related). Experience in working with enterprise software companies and/or consulting companies. Experience with web and other technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, etc). Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies. Experience with ITSM best practices, IT service desk. Familiarity with SaaS deployments and it’s supporting architecture is a plus. ITSM and CMDB experience (HP, Remedy, Frontline, Service Now) is a plus.
