The Service Network Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Network function, ensuring service records, customer communications and operational information are maintained accurately and efficiently. The role supports the Service Network Coordinator and field service teams through the administration of service activities, documentation, compliance records and customer updates, contributing to the smooth operation of the mobile service network.
