ITOM Technical Consultant
Location: Pan India (Open to candidates based in Noida and Bangalore)
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping within the ITOM domain. This opportunity is open to candidates across India, with a preference for professionals based in or willing to work from our Noida or Bangalore locations.
CMDB
- Experience in ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB processes
- Experience in CMDB/AMDB data model and configuration
- Experience in CMDB assessment and data cleanup activities
- Experience in Service Catalog development
- Knowledge of CMDB Normalization, Identification and Reconciliation (IRE)
- Experience in ServiceNow customization
- Integration experience using SOAP/RESTful APIs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CSDM-led CMDB implementation<...
