Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, train and lead employees in a fashion that is consistent with our company culture and management philosophy.
Effectively manage a regional team of service technicians including remote technicians and remote work sites all while promoting health a safety as a top priority.
Preparation and participation in customer review meetings and service team review meetings.
Build customer relations in the designated region.
Travel is required.
Develop and implement a detailed training plan for new and existing employees.
Manage the daily workload of the service team.
Provide quotes to our customers for potential work to be performed by the service team.
Work cooperatively with all departments in a spirit of teamwork to address problem areas and stimulate service sales.
