Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, train and lead employees in a fashion that is consistent with our company culture and management philosophy.

  • Effectively manage a regional team of service technicians including remote technicians and remote work sites all while promoting health a safety as a top priority.

  • Preparation and participation in customer review meetings and service team review meetings.

  • Build customer relations in the designated region.

  • Travel is required.

  • Develop and implement a detailed training plan for new and existing employees.

  • Manage the daily workload of the service team.

  • Provide quotes to our customers for potential work to be performed by the service team.

  • Work cooperatively with all departments in a spirit of teamwork to address problem areas and stimulate service sales.
