Mission:
Working with some of the top mobile Crane brands in the world such as Manitowoc, Grove, National, Fassi and Kone Lift Trucks, the Crane Service Manager is responsible for exceptional Customer Satisfaction levels. The Crane Service Manager oversees daily operations and management of the Crane Service Department, including all applicable KPI’s and metrics, as well as the Health and Safety of employees. The candidate will ensure Technicians are effectively utilized and scheduled efficiently to meet customer needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of activities and personnel within the Service Department to ensure it is being run safely, efficiently and profitably in accordance with the budget.
- Primary liaison with the customer to diagnose the extent and type of service required, including follow-up and dispatch mechanic to clients for repair.
