Valmet's, IT Transformation's, Lead to Order Process domain Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead and optimize our Salesforce development and deployment processes. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient delivery of Salesforce solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to drive automation, scalability, and continuous improvement in our DevOps practices.
The Salesforce Delivery Manager leads the day-to-day operation of Valmet's internal Salesforce development team. While this role has no formal line management responsibility, it requires strong leadership, ownership, communication, and the ability to guide others. You will work closely with Valmet's Salesforce Platform Manager to ensure alignment on DevOps, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
