Service Manager

We are working with a key client, founded in 1960, is a “Leader by Design” of high and low-pressure cartridge valves, reducing stations, and manifolds for critical and demanding applications. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join their business in Oldham.

Key Skills required of the Service Manager:

* Proven experience in Service Management, Aftermarket Support, Maintenance or Technical Operations within engineering or manufacturing.

* Must have strong understanding of mechanical assemblies—preferably valves, manifolds or fluid/gas systems.

* Experience developing or scaling a service or aftermarket function.

* Demonstrated commercial capability including pricing, forecasting and cost-centre management.

* Must have strong process development and operational improvement capability.

* Experience implementing traceability, QA and compliance systems ire required
