Responsibilities

• Support the unit manager and coordinate nursing, medication management, and daily operations.
• Plan, monitor, and develop activities, ensuring quality and customer safety.
• Perform administrative duties, organize daily operations, and provide customer service.
• Work 30% on administrative tasks and 70% on customer service.
• Collaborate with clients, staff, and stakeholders in multidisciplinary collaboration to develop the unit’s operations.
• Act as deputy to the unit manager when needed.
