Service Manager

Mission – Develop the service business in the assigned region/area in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. Provide daily oversight for a team of experienced Service Technicians. Also provide guidance on customer care and technical issues.

Business Management: Control costs and maximize profit levels. Strengthen customer relations by making routine visits to resolve issues, advice on service standards, sell service plans/products, including training, as required. Oversee the daily operations of a team of experienced Service Technicians, providing leadership, development, support, and motivation for the team.
