- Ensure flawless service delivery in accordance with Mürver standards.
- Supervise and manage all service areas and production facilities.
- Ensure seamless planning and execution of banquet and meeting operations.
- Develop and implement the Food & Beverage business plan.
- Prepare the department budget, monitor costs, and prepare regular reports.
- Deliver, monitor, and support the implementation of training and development programs for the team.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the Micros POS system.
