  • Ensure flawless service delivery in accordance with Mürver standards.
  • Supervise and manage all service areas and production facilities.
  • Ensure seamless planning and execution of banquet and meeting operations.
  • Develop and implement the Food & Beverage business plan.
  • Prepare the department budget, monitor costs, and prepare regular reports.
  • Deliver, monitor, and support the implementation of training and development programs for the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the Micros POS system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English...
