Customer Service Manager Vacancy - Daventry Accident Repair Centre
  • Position: Customer Service Manager / Front of House Manager
  • Location: Daventry
  • Basic Salary: £34,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £37,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Supportive Management Team 
  • An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager / Front of House Manager to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Daventry.

    This is a key position within the business, responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operation, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from first contact through to vehicle return.
