That is why we are seeking a Service Manager Customs Solutions (m/f/d). The Service Manager Customs Solutions is responsible for the end‑to‑end provision, development, and continuous improvement of the IT service “Customs Solutions” for the Liebherr Group. The role combines service ownership, process expertise, project leadership, and technical coordination across global stakeholders.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site.
