Job Summary

  • Responsible for the overall operations of the Business Center as a servicing channel, ensuring strict compliance to the bank’s policies, BSP/AML regulations, and other external regulatory rules. The role supports business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and service‑related initiatives aimed at total customer satisfaction and branch profitability.
  • Willing to be assigned in the following location: Biñan LIIP.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the overall ATM services of the BC, ensuring ATM availability and required level of cash.
  • Ensures BC compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Analyzes and executes service tasks geared toward increasing deposits, fees, and revenues from bank products, cross‑selling referrals, and other business initiatives.
