Job Summary

Responsible for the overall operations of the Business Center as a servicing channel. Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance with the bank's policies and procedures, BSP/AMLA regulations, and other external regulatory rules. Supports business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other initiatives aimed at total customer satisfaction, including branch profitability.

Willing to be assigned to the following location: Biñan LIIP.

How will you contribute?

• Manages the overall ATM services of the Business Center, ensuring ATM availability and required cash levels.
• Ensures Business Center compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and executes service tasks aimed at increasing deposits, fees, revenues, cross-selling referrals, and other business initiatives.
