Key Responsibilities: Manage the team effectively to drive day-to-day security operationsEnsure security operations are strictly followed to established standards and policiesProvide practical guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standardsCultivate and maintain excellent guest relations to enhance their satisfactionHandle guests inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as reporting any complaints related to security or safety to Management immediately About you: Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry
Valid Security Personnel Permit
Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits
