Service Lead (Malaga, Perth)

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service  Lead to join the Rocklabs team in Malaga, Perth (WA). The primary focus of the role is to lead and manage a regional team of Service Technicians, coordinating repairs as required by the business and ensuring efficient, responsive service to our existing customer base. You will work closely with the technician’s day to day, providing technical support across the region and helping to maintain high service standards.

Service work includes Rocklabs automated sample preparation systems, crushers, pulverisers, and dividers, as well as mining field automation for local laboratories and large mining corporations across a range of commodities.
