Responsibilities

  • Ensure personal and sustainable support of our key accounts in customer service
  • Take responsibility for all activities and ensure their professional execution in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and sell comprehensive service solutions, retrofits and maintenance contracts
  • Monitor and identify trends in the financial metrics of our key accounts
  • Develop and implement action plans for the strategic development of customer relationships
  • Actively support product management in developing new customer-service-oriented products

Requirements

  • Experience in mechanical or plant engineering with an international focus
  • Completed technical vocational training with further qualifications as an engineer (FH/University) or as a certified technician (HF)
  • Business/economics training is a valuable plus
