Service Growth Manager - Field Operations & Strategy

Selected incumbent will report to Senior Service Manager, Malaysia & Brunnei and be based at Shah Alam, Malaysia.

The role focuses on growing service revenues through contracts, parts sales and maintenance while leading a field service team to deliver customer satisfaction. A strong background in aftermarket service operations and rotating equipment is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize customer support.
