Job Description

Purpose

To deliver, plan, and continuously improve effective and safe training that develops the competence of field operatives and stakeholders, translating technical knowledge into practical learning, supporting business needs, and promoting a strong service and safety culture.

Responsibilities and key activities

Training delivery

  • Train proactively and coach field operatives in the Training Center and/or on site 
  • Conduct trainings to develop the competences of non-technical people who need to understand technical topics in their work
  • Seek and experiment new learning methods in the trainings
  • Can deliver most sessions effectively, manages the training environment well, communicates objectives clearly, encourages participants and ensures learning outcomes are achieved.
