Job Responsibilities

  • A service engineer reports to the Technical Supervisor.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of machines.
  • Responsible for alignment in calibration, quality control, checking and testing of machines prior to delivery.
  • Conduct evaluation of machines to assure functionality and operation.
  • Conduct orientation, demo, and actual running of the machine with clients or customers.
  • Perform clerical work such as submission of various reports related to day‑to‑day activities.
  • Be on call to address client concerns beyond working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS ECE or BS in Electronics Engineering, including vocational courses related to engineering with experience in the diagnostic field (excluding Computer, Mechanical, Civil Engineering).
