Requirements
Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
Over 5 years working experience as Engineer or Techinician for key account, handling IVD products (Hematology, Chemistry, Immunoassay) with proper clinical or engineering background.
Better understanding and insight for the overall workflow and pain points of IVD customer like Lab or Hospitals
Proficient at Microsoft Office software and experience on the internal cross-department synergy
Responsibilities
Provide services including project-based installation, troubleshooting, PPM etc. as per customer's request, ensure the SLA fulfillment as the agreement
take care the overall satisfaction and ultimately responsibility of key account by efficiency synergy with distributor team
following up the requirement and demands to ensure the match between product solution features and customer workflow, bring the efficiency improvement as end user perspective.
