Service Engineer Wide Format Printers

Job description

You are a wide format systems expert who can provide professional line support to the worldwide field service team by giving training, generating documentation, doing field interventions and handling escalations. You support new product developments by giving service related design input, validating systems and driving continuous improvements based on field feedback.

  • Provide technical assistance to local support people in case of escalations via phone/e-mail, technical notes & documentation and when necessary, in person as the product specialist at the customer site.

  • Provide Global technical training for new systems, new features, and enhancements.

  • Work closely with OEM supplier and engineering groups as well as Agfa Applications and RDE groups to understand and become expert on new products and enhancements.
