- To ensure that the machines installed at various customer places are being maintained or monitored properly and their breakdown frequency and downtime is kept well below the desired levels.
- To be on a ready to travel to any place short notice to attend service calls.
- To give apt feedback to the Design and Production team about the problems faced during commissioning and testing, so that they can improve the design.
- To plan sequence of work, to organize himself, to do all routine and urgent servicing issues that may arise.
- To act proactively in such a way that the tasks of servicing, attending breakdowns, commissioning and testing is completed within specified quality levels and time limit.
