The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, UVVis, FTIR, LC-MS). This individual serves as the frontline technical contact for customers, ensuring optimal performance of systems and delivering high-quality service in alignment with customer expectations and industry standards. The role involves working directly with customers to ensure instruments operate reliably and efficiently, including system installations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and basic user training. This position supports a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, chemicals, mining, semicon, and academic research.
