As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our installed customer base of Emerson instruments, including in-house, on-site maintenance and repair services, site installation, commissioning and diagnostic, start-up and after sales support.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform service operation tasks and duties as assigned by Service Manager.
Manage and implement service assignment in compliance to company standard procedures and process.
Prepare service-related reports for customer and internal reporting.
Achieve and improve customer satisfaction.
