Service Engineer

Responsible for on-site execution and support of Material Handling (MH) equipment overhaul and value-added services (e.g., spare parts sales) in the Southeast Asia region assist in spare parts and service inquiries, quotation follow-ups, and order conversion. Support the Singapore Service Center in service order coordination and assist the overhaul team in completing equipment maintenance work: Assist in commissioning and acceptance of new MH equipment projects Provide on-site service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Deliver basic product and service training to customers and distributors support technical discussions Assist local distributors in building basic maintenance and service capabilities Respond promptly to after-sales issues, resolve technical problems via phone or on-site support, and complete service reports on time Collect customer technical requirements and product quality feedback assist in issue resolution and quality improvement follow-up Provide daily servic...
