In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support. Responsible for revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle service. Responsible for following up on customer acceptance after new equipment installation. Responsible for completing customer service case summaries in the after-sales service system and creating customer equipment service history records. Provides technical after-sales service, offering technical analysis of customer equipment failures, identifying root causes, and providing solutions. Possesses intermediate application debugging skills and can independently complete moderately difficult application debugging tasks.
