Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support.
  • Responsible for revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle service.
  •  Responsible for following up on customer acceptance after new equipment installation.
  • Responsible for completing customer service case summaries in the after-sales service system and creating customer equipment service history records.
  • Provides technical after-sales service, offering technical analysis of customer equipment failures, identifying root causes, and providing solutions.
  • Possesses intermediate application debugging skills and can independently complete moderately difficult application debugging tasks.
  • Responsible for providing feedback on product issues to internal technical departments and assisting in improving product manufacturing processes and designs.
