Job Description
(
- Perform installation, commissioning, upgrading, maintenance, and repair of company equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment breakdowns, including preparing test equipment, identifying root causes, and coordinating spare parts replacement.
- Provide timely technical support, customer training, product demonstrations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, warranty claims, and liaise with principals or manufacturers for technical consultation when required.
- Support equipment installation projects, maintain company tools and test equipment, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
